What’s new for Sustainability Works 2005
You need to purchase an annual licence to use Sustainability Works 2005. There are three licence packages:
- Single user (£490 ex VAT)
- Five user (£950 ex VAT)
- Unlimited (£1450 ex Vat)
Purchase a licence to get access to all the new features of Sustainability Works 2005.
Existing users: buying a licence gives you access to all your previously written reports. After purchase, you can log in using your previous user name and password.

Simplified login and registration
Simply choose a user name and password. There’s now a simple way to check whether your organisation is already registered and you won’t need to know your organisation’s password. Existing users – you will have access to all your old reports through your existing log in.

Improved, project-based, document navigation
Once logged in, you can see all your projects at a glance in a familiar format of project folders and files. Easy to understand icons let you know what sort of report it is and who wrote it.

Improved document management features such as copy and delete
You can easily rename reports, copy them (useful when you’re starting work on a similair project) and there’s a new delete function for “tidying up” your own area of the database.

EcoHomes 2005 upgrade
Once you’ve written a project report, standards check gives you a prediction of your EcoHomes 2005 score. Includes details of new BRE EcoHomes credits for 2005 and the latest BRE guidance in convenient pop up windows, all accessible while you’re working on a project.

Project and document sharing with other collegues and outside consultants
You can choose which reports to share with selected colleagues and outside consultants, allowing project teams to work together more efficiently. Allow your partners either read only access or full editing rights.
