Method of payment

All payments must be received in full before your place is confirmed. Cheques should be made payable to Sustainability Works Services Limited.

Substitutions and cancellations

Cancellations confirmed in writing one month before your chosen course will be refunded minus an administration fee of £30.00. Cancellations made after one month will be non-refundable. All cancellations and amendments must be put in writing to Sustainability Works Services Limited.

Change of details

If your address details have changed, are incorrect or you do not wish to receive any further information from us, please email contact@sustainabilityworks.org.uk. Sustainability Works Services Limited reserves the right to alter the programme without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & conditions

  1. Completion of this registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement.
  2. Joining instructions (including venue details) will be forwarded once you confirm your booking by payment.
  3. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information. If you have not heard within a month, it is your responsibility to call us on 020 7422 1777.
  4. We regret that no refund can be made after that date, for whatever reason, although substitutions will be accepted if notified before the event.
  5. Sustainability Works Services Limited are unable to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.

Data protection

The information you provide will be held on a database. This enables us to process the confirmation of your place and to keep you informed about relevant conference programmes.

We will not pass your details on to any external company for marketing purposes.

Cancellation

Sustainability Works Services Limited will endeavour to give as much notice as possible to trainees if a course is cancelled. Sustainability Works Services Limited will offer alternative dates as compensation. Sustainability Works Services Limited reserves the right to cancel training without notice and is not liable for any expenses or compensation as a result of any such cancellation.
